Terms of Service

Scope

These terms are an agreement between you and superview llc, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States, the operator of countrymanager. By creating an account or using countrymanager, you accept them.

Business use

countrymanager is intended for business use by app developers, publishers and the teams working for them. By using countrymanager, you confirm that you are acting as a business, not as a consumer.

The service

countrymanager collects the public reviews of the apps you connect from the App Store and Google Play, translates them, groups them by complaint, drafts replies, posts the replies you approve back to the stores, and stores and delivers localized strings for your apps. Features may evolve over time.

Your account and your store credentials

You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep access to your account secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account and under the accounts of team members you invite.

You may only connect developer accounts you are authorized to act for. Replies are published under your developer account, and you are responsible for them. You can disconnect a store at any time, which removes its credentials.

AI output

Translations, summaries, complaint groupings and drafted replies are produced by AI and can be wrong. Nothing is posted to a store or delivered to your users unless you, or a rule you configured, approve it. Review AI output before you publish it; you remain responsible for what you publish.

Pricing and payment

countrymanager is a paid subscription. The plans and their prices are listed at countrymanager.app/pricing; prices exclude VAT, which is added at checkout where it applies. Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel from Settings > Billing at any time; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for, and we do not refund partial periods. Payments are processed by Stripe. If a payment fails, Stripe retries it; if it keeps failing, access to the organization is suspended until a payment succeeds, and your data is kept.

We may change prices or plans. Price changes for an existing subscription take effect no earlier than 30 days after we have notified you by email, and you may cancel before then.

Your content and responsibilities

Your replies, strings and organization data remain yours. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of what you publish through countrymanager, including compliance with Apple's and Google's developer terms, and for having the right to use the data you upload. We process that data on your behalf as described in the privacy policy.

Acceptable use

You may not use countrymanager for unlawful purposes, to harass reviewers, to publish misleading replies, to abuse the platform or the stores' interfaces, to attempt to disrupt the service, or to attempt to access other organizations' data.

Availability and changes to the service

We aim to keep countrymanager available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, updates, the stores' own interfaces and factors outside our control can cause downtime or delayed syncs. We may change or discontinue features; if we discontinue the service entirely, we will give you reasonable notice to export your data.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are liable only for damages caused intentionally or by gross negligence, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages such as lost profits or for the consequences of replies you approved. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Termination

You can stop using countrymanager and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your data is handled as described in the privacy policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. If mandatory rules of your country of residence grant you protection that cannot be waived, they remain unaffected.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. We will announce material changes in advance; continued use after a change takes effect counts as acceptance.
