FAQ
- Is there a free plan or a trial?
- No. The live demo is the trial: a full dashboard on a sample app, no account needed. Every plan starts the moment you pay and can be canceled from the billing portal at any time.
- What counts as an app?
- One app on one store. Your iOS app and its Google Play counterpart are two apps. Every country and language of that app is included.
- Do I pay extra for localization?
- No. The localization workspace, the CLI and the API are part of the Team and Business plans at no extra charge. Starter covers reviews only.
- How are seats counted?
- Every member counts as a seat, viewers included, and a pending invite reserves one. Starter includes 3, Team 8, Business up to 50. Replies are never limited.
- How does yearly billing work?
- You pay twelve months up front at ten months' price. Switching between monthly and yearly, or between plans, is prorated by Stripe.
- Do prices include VAT?
- Prices are shown without VAT. At checkout Stripe adds the VAT that applies to your billing address, and EU businesses with a valid VAT ID are charged under the reverse-charge rule.
- Can we pay by invoice?
- Every payment produces an invoice you can download from the billing portal. Payment itself is by card. Ask us about bank transfer on a yearly Business plan.
